Did youn ever get an answer to this?

Mouse over the text you want to be the link.
Click on the "Link" button
For the link type "mailto:someone@postoffice.net" (without the quotes)

You could also use:

mailto:someone@postoffice.net?Subject=This would be the subject of the
email

or

mailto:someone@postoffice.net?Body=This would be in the body of the email

All this assumes the person viewing your web page has a local mail
program/editor on their computer.
