How do I set it so that the scrollbar doesn't show up and it goes to a new line once it reaches the end of a line in the currently-sized window?

when you copy/cut from another document type and paste it into a
Composer web document try using the "Paste Without Formatting" selection.

on a web server. Post a sample of your document so we can compare with
IE and Moz, also tell us what you see on your monitor that is different.
