Suppressing headers and footers when printing

NNTP-Posting-Host:  null

I'm trying to suppress printing of headers and footers.

I used about:config to set:
  print.print_footerleft
  print.print_footerright
  print.print_headerleft
  print.print_headerright
to empty strings.

I then closed and re-opened FF, went back to about:config to verify
that these properties all showed "user set" and blank strings.

The page title, url, page number, and date still show up in a print
preview. What do I have to do to eliminate them? I'm running 3.0.17
for Ubuntu.
