Firefox Address bar

NNTP-Posting-Host:  141.163.60.70

I have been tasked to create a 'Kiosk' type browser environment, which
removes or disables the address bar, but still allows the navigation
buttons (or some of them e.g back, forward & home).

Can anyone tell me if this is possible in FF 3.5, and if so how it
might be achieved?

I have taken a look at R-kiosk in FF 3, but this disables everything
or allows the address bar, and i have been unable to find any
documentation on it.

Any help greatly appreciated
