Is there a unique ID for each DOM node of Firefox?

Hi,

Is there a unique ID for each DOM node of a webpage in Firefox?

I know that there is an IHTMLUniqueName interface for each DOM node of
Internet Explorer, which can get a unique ID of a Dom node. Is there a
equivalent function/inteface in Firefox?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Calvin
