Localization is not only depend on one person or one ideology but by
community and dignity. I was silent and inactive in the Mozilla Community
because I was thinking I could not help anyone best and I was kinda busy
with my own business.

We need to encourage new guys and help them out.

I was on listening from new guys and willing to help you too.
