Hi

I know 2 ways for configuring accounts:

1- by profile, example:  ceo@domain.tld , legal@domain.tld
2- by name/nickname of people: frederic@domain.tld fredyrouge@domain.tld

For community is nice the 2 and made alias like:

core@domain.tld -> frederic@domain.tld , lucy@domain.tld , ...

Bye
