I'm also not sure who to cc on this bug, but the fact that we are
commenting on it may bring it to an interested developer's attention. I
think maybe it was never made to be a priority. Of course, many things
get overlooked in big projects. But the good thing is we can try to
figure out how to help fix it.
I wonder if this is a bug for one of the components in Core rather than
Toolkit? Let's try asking people on IRC.
