The simplest answer is that it is a replacement for
mozilla.dev.accessibility, and encompasses a wider scope. We're encouraging
Mozilla accessibility gecko development discussion to happen on
mozilla.dev.platform.

A longer answer would include noting the low volume on
mozilla.support.accessibility, and the confusion around what topics are
appropriate for mozilla.dev.accessibility. We're hoping in the long term
we'll have one active healthy accessibility specific list and use existing
non-accessibility-specific lists for accessibility discussions were
appropriate.

Ultimately there is some 'wait and see' here. I'm not sure how the
community will react.

Cheers,
David
